What do you need for EASTER PUNCH?

  • 3 lemons
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 750 ml of carbonated water
  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 nectarines
  • 4 apricots
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 grams of raspberries
  • 150 blueberries

How do you make EASTER PUNCH?

  1. Clean and peel 1 lemon.
  2. Squeeze all the lemons.
  3. In a pan, bring 200 ml of plain water with sugar, turmeric, lemon juice and lemon zest to the boil. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and let this mixture cool.
  4. Clean the fruit. Dice the pineapple. Slice the kiwis, apricots and strawberries. Cut the nectarine into wedges and the apples into strips.
  5. Put all the fruit in a large bowl and pour the lemon syrup and sparkling water on top.
