Have yourself an eye catcher on the dining table this year! Brighten up your Easter brunch with a large bowl of EASTER PUNCH, decorate each guest's own glass with parts of orange, strawberry or pineapple.
What do you need for EASTER PUNCH?
- 3 lemons
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 750 ml of carbonated water
- 1 pineapple
- 3 kiwis
- 2 nectarines
- 4 apricots
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 grams of raspberries
- 150 blueberries
How do you make EASTER PUNCH?
- Clean and peel 1 lemon.
- Squeeze all the lemons.
- In a pan, bring 200 ml of plain water with sugar, turmeric, lemon juice and lemon zest to the boil. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and let this mixture cool.
- Clean the fruit. Dice the pineapple. Slice the kiwis, apricots and strawberries. Cut the nectarine into wedges and the apples into strips.
- Put all the fruit in a large bowl and pour the lemon syrup and sparkling water on top.
